The restaurant's service is fantastic, and the food can be delivered to your home. If you need to order, using this QR code is really convenient.
China King, located on Memorial Highway, is a tiny little restaurant specializing in Hunan, Mandarin, and Cantonese Cuisine. It offers take-out and dining-in options. We arrived on a Saturday evening for take-out. The restaurant was empty and there were no other patrons waiting for any orders. We were greeted by a very friendly woman who had our meals waiting for us as soon as we walked in the door. Although we didn’t order it, we were given two complimentary egg rolls (a lovable small child behind the counter even gave us an extra fortune cookie!).Upon arriving home, we sat down to eat our soups and main courses. The egg drop soup was delicious and flavorful, with plenty of egg whites in a thick broth. The sweet and spicy soup was not to our liking, however, as it had a seemingly barbeque flavor mixed in.Both of our rice dishes were of the short grain variety. The house-fried rice came with plenty of shrimp, chicken, beef, pork, carrots, and onion. Although it tasted well enough, the rice was dry and lumpy, as was the pork fried rice that was also ordered. The complimentary egg rolls were fine, very crispy and stuffed with plenty of shredded cabbage.Overall, the meal was average, and had its hits and misses.Despite the very friendly service, it’s doubtful a return visit will be forthcoming soon, especially with a competitor – about a mile down the road and closer to our home – that is a bit more consistent with a better quality.
Food was good, friendly staff. Gave us something for free. I highly recommend.

The service is great and so is the atmosphere. However are food was not! We spent over $57 plus 15% tip added on to that. We order chicken teriyaki (chicken on a stick) which was great! We ordered pork eggrolls and a shrimp eggroll ( both delicious and fried amazing!). We were given FREE cheese wontons because of how much we ordered (we really appreciated this!) The cheese wonton were great. We also got chicken wings (they serve them cut in half not whole) these were great as well. Then we ordered pork lomein, pork fried rice, and general tso's chicken 🤢🤮... the lomein had no flavor(was disgusting) and the rice did not taste like authentic Chinese pork fried rice. My general tso's chicken was SPOilED and breading was like mush!(got food poisoning)Moral to the story these these are great people with great service; however they need to hire a new chef because they CANNOT cook!!!! Change the recipe on the rice and lomein too
they said i was a idiot i’m chinese and i found it very messed up and very disrespectful and i can’t believe the terrible costumer service
